Airlift Fermenter GQ/SQ Type
Airlift fermenter suitable for microbial cultivation that requires little shear force, as long strain bacterial. Airlift fermerter tank diameter and height ration 1:5, air flow 2vvm.
Airlift fermenter has the advantages of simple structure, no bacteria contamination, high efficiency of dissolved oxygen, and low energy consumption.
We have two types of airlift bioreactor.Stainless steel airlift fermenter and glass airlift fermenter.Lab size glass airlift bioreactor, tank is stainless steel cylinder combines with glass partly. It uses a large area of highly refractory glass to observe material easily.
We can customize various airlift fermenter
Standard model control pH/DO/foam/temperature/gas, gas manual control or auto control by mass flow meter optional. Control panel language EN/CN/RU. Accept customize and design.
10 inch color touch screen of airlift fermenter displays all measured values and control parameters, usually each bioreactor has 4 peristaltic pumps for acid, alkali, defoamer, medium. Automatic control pH/DO/temperature/agitation/antifoam. Gas has manual control and auto control (mass flow meter) for choose. All fermentation data have history curvy and can export by U disk.

Airlift Fermenter Features
(1)Widely used for large-scale production of single-cell proteins. However, it is not suitable for culture fluids with high viscosity or a large amount of solids.
Airlift fermenter can be widely used in the aerobic fermentation process of antibiotics, amino acids, enzyme preparations, vitamins, organic acids, etc. It is used in the domestic production of glutamic acid, antibiotics, xanthan gum, glucoamylase, and citric acid. In terms of environmental protection, it can be used for sewage treatment.

(2)The gas supply efficiency is high, and the ventilation in the air riser can be greater than the air intake of the bubble reactor.
(3) Compared with the paddle reactor with stirring paddle, the energy consumption is lower, and compared with the mechanical stirring fermenter, it can save 70%-80% of electricity and reduce the cost.
