Fermenter Description
Bioreactor with single borosilicate glass vessel and stainless steel dish bottom, with the head plate of SS316L at bottom stainless steel jacket. It should have the temperature control via circulation of hot/cold water in the jacket through an inbuilt thermo circulator unit (working temperature range 8ºC-80ºC above coolant temperature). The system be complete to measure and control pH, DO, stirrer speed (25-500rpm), gas, foam and temperature.
Control system: 10in touch screen , Siemens PLC control system with control parameters (stirring, pH, DO, temperature, feeding, gas etc.), data analysis, data logging, data output and printing, overrun alarm, language switching and other functions.
