Introduction to Pilot Scale Fermenter
Ferbio pilot scale fermenter has two mixing methods: mechanical stirring and magnetic stirring. Jacket/double jacket tank is make by stainless steel 316L and SS304. Double jacket have insulation layer. Zero dead zone of all valves to make sure sanitation. The pilot scale fermenter equipment with sampling valve and discharge valve which can sterilization separately. The pilot scale fermenter adopts a large viewing angle tank liquid level observation glass, 12V safety light.
Program auto control fermentation parameters, easy operation and clean, small and save place. Standard model control pH/DO/foam/temperature/agitation/gas. Control panel language EN/CN/RU.
