Introduction to Pilot Scale Fermenter
Ferbio pilot scale fermenter has two mixing methods: mechanical stirring and magnetic stirring. Jacket/double jacket tank is make by stainless steel 316L and SS304. Double jacket have insulation layer. Zero dead zone of all valves to make sure sanitation. The pilot scale fermenter equipment with sampling valve and discharge valve which can sterilization separately. The pilot scale fermenter adopts a large viewing angle tank liquid level observation glass, 12V safety light.
Program auto control fermentation parameters, easy operation and clean, small and save place. Standard model control pH/DO/foam/temperature/agitation/gas. Control panel language EN/CN/RU.
Pilot Scale Fermenter Meet Various Production Needs
SJA type is mechanical seal motor top/bottom drive, have single mechanical seal and double mechanical seal for choose. SCA type is magnetic motor drive, lower torque than mechanical motor drive. Impeller shape can design as client requirement, standard type is turbine impeller.
Pilot scale fermenter can meet various purposes of fermentation, such as batch, batch fed, and for bacterial, yeast, microorganism, animal cell culture, algae etc. culture.

10 inch color touch screen of pilot scale fermenter displays all measured values and control parameters. Each bioreactor usually has 4 peristaltic pumps for acid, alkali, defoamer, medium.
Automatic control pH/DO/temperature/agitation/antifoam. Gas has manual control and auto control (mass flow meter) for choose. All fermentation data have history curvy and can export by U disk.
